Copyright & Reproduction Terms
When you purchase an original painting from this website or from Annie Haslam directly, you are purchasing ownership of the physical artwork only.
All copyrights and reproduction rights remain exclusively with Annie Haslam unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
This means the artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, photographed for commercial use, digitally altered, published, licensed, or used in any public or commercial setting without prior written permission from Annie Haslam.
Examples of prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Printing the artwork on merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, posters, cards, album covers, or other products
- Using the artwork in logos, branding, advertisements, brochures, packaging, or promotional materials
- Posting high-resolution copies for public or commercial use online
- Creating prints, reproductions, NFTs, or digital downloads
- Using the artwork as part of another design, collage, or commercial project
- Licensing or selling image rights to third parties
Buyers are, of course, welcome to display the original artwork privately in their homes or offices and may share casual photographs of the artwork on personal social media accounts, provided the artwork is properly credited to Annie Haslam and the images are not used commercially. Should paintings be resold, these copyright rules remain in effect and are passed on to the new owners.
For commissioned artwork, all copyrights mentioned herein are passed on and owned in full by the buyer.
Copyright protection remains with the artist under U.S. and international copyright law, even after the original painting has been sold.
If you are interested in licensing an image for publication, merchandise, media, promotional use, or other reproduction purposes, please contact Annie Haslam via whtdoveorg@gmail.com.
