Return Policy on Paintings
We have a 10-day return policy on all paintings, meaning you have 10 days after arrival to request a refund.
To start a return, fill out the Return Authorization form here. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your painting. Refunds for anything sent back to us without a return authorization will not be processed.
To be eligible for a refund or credit, the painting must be received by us in the same condition as when we sent it — in perfect condition, including but not limited to: no marks, creases, or changes in color — and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a return authorization number we will give you at your request, if you qualify.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your painting upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, as instructed above. Once we receive the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
